They try to sell you the membership but is too expensive for what they offer and the options for gluten free meals was poor and cross contaminated , my daughter has celiac disease and it was painful for her sometimes to eat, and on top of that they don’t let you get food from talabat because of the risk of getting sick, well my daughter got tummy pain with their food because of gluten

The staff were very friendly, breakfast variety was great, in room dining was great, room view was good, room was exceptional.

The beach house staff could be better, the volume was too loud and the music didn't match the vibes.The room could be more sound proof as we good hear roaring cars in the bedroom and that disrupted our sleep.

The other room was so noisy. I thought the rooms were sound proof but I can still hear the kids screaming from the other room.

Very disappointed!

You see all this nice pictures and you buy a night or two to relax but when you get there you are not welcomed in one of this beautiful rooms but in a building/ block next to the resort which looks terrible. Not the standard and luxury that you expect from the price and pictures . But hey , nobody will tell you until you check in . I don’t think I will ever go there . Very disappointed! Reception welcoming was bad also . I had such hi expectations from the place but it failed.

The housekeeping was on point and the hotel is very clean

The breakfast is terrible and probably one of the worst I have had.

It was a lovely stay for my husband's birthday. We got a birthday cake in the room as well. Breakfast was really nice, so many options and the food was great. Dinner was nice, at the Mediterranean seafood place. The staff were all really professional and polite.

I was upset about the room location, it was in the corner, we missed the beautiful open view. Plus there were no direct sun light, so we couldn't spend time on our patio to tan and chill. In the morning around 7:30 until almost 9am we had a water pipe running along our room, for the pool boy to clean the water. I think it should be done earlier in the morning, before we get out to the patio. I am 9 months pregnant, and it was really uncomfortable to claim over the pipe in the water. Plus it ruined our view.Pool was crowded, kids and adults, seems strange to have only one big pool for a hotel like this. And the food at the pool was expensive and average. If you pay 120aed for chicken Cesar salad, you would expect the quality.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, but there are a couple of areas that need attention: 1. The landscape could benefit from being more organized, cleaner, and vibrant. 2. The room lighting feels quite gloomy and noisy since all the fixtures are on the ceiling. It would be great to have some lampshades placed near the bed and in other corners of the room for better illumination.3- lastly, I wish if you have elevator for the second flour! It was bit risky using the stairs after summing!

The property was absolutely stunning, exuding a vibrant and lively atmosphere that truly captured the essence of a community. It felt like stepping into a corner of Miami, with colorful surroundings and an inviting energy that made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The overall experience was nothing short of remarkable. Also, worth mentioning that the restaurants inside the property were outstanding especially the Italian restaurant and the cafe

Just location

The crowd is not good everybody with normal clothes without swimming suit going to the pool. I feel so bad to using. I never see people go with the normal dress to swimming pool. It was not only one. It’s was lot of people. And many thins in the room not working safe box telephone usually before guests coming they have to check everything . I been in Anantara hotel Phuket.definitely different much better .

I Loved our stay at this beautiful resort! The location is full of history, the interiors are gorgeous, and the rooms are both comfortable and elegant. Everywhere you turn, there’s something to admire. The staff were welcoming and gave us the freedom to explore without any pressure, while also being quick to respond to every request. Overall, such a relaxing and memorable experience, definitely one of the best resorts I’ve visited!And the Best part, their Breakfast Buffet @Crescendo! The most Heavenly Breakfast I have ever been to! We’ll surely plan to go back!

Not really an issue but for me, it’s the lifeguard who is stationed right in the middle of the pool, which can feel a bit awkward if you’re looking for privacy while swimming. Of course, I understand it’s mainly for the children’s safety, but it might be more practical if they were positioned in the shallower areas or before the deeper section begins.

Anantara is one property where we absolutely love spending our holidays and celebrated our daughter’s birthday for the second time here. We really enjoy the lagoon access room which is super convenient and they have one of the best kids club where the staff were so helpful taking care of my kids and playing with them at all times. The breakfast buffet is top notch with excellent service and amazing staff. We like all their restaurants but my personal favorite is Mekong if you want an authentic Thai experience, ambience and they also have a good kids menu. Bushman’s was great for a quiet steak/date night, the Beach house was perfect for wine and seafood while the kids played in the beach. Cannot remember the staff names but thank you to all the personnel there, from the buggy drivers, restaurant servers, kids club assistants, housekeeping team who made our stay wonderful and comfortable. And we definitely want to revisit again.

The villa was good and the swimming pool was beautiful and spacious. However, there were quite a lot of insects inside the villa, so I recommend bringing your own supplies or being prepared for that.

If you are looking for complete seclusion and isolation, this place is not fully secluded since the villa is connected to the hotel. But the pool area does offer nice privacy.

Great place to stay! The service levels were excellent, especially thanks to Mr. Satheesh. I have just one suggestion

— while the drinks in the room clearly mention that there will be additional charges, there’s no mention of charges for the snacks. It would be helpful if it were clearly stated that both snacks and drinks are chargeable to avoid any surprises during checkout.

We loved the room with the direct access to the lagoon, it was great for the kids

We appreciated well the staffs how they welcomed and assisted us especially Mr. Amaru. The food is superb. The beach is amazing. We enjoyed well our stay.

Near to check out, staff opened the door while I was preparing myself which made me irritated as I didn’t even wear my clothes. No even door bell made. Also, the manager came at exactly 1140hrs and asked what time will we leave which I felt that he wants to kick us out as the check out time is near. Having a good customer service reflects your company. I do understand about business matter, however, think of the client’s feelings. All the days, we stayed joyfully, then at the end of our stay, went something wrong which gave a bad impression. Even though those things happened, I do hope that improvement will be happened- we will still come back in few months as the place itself is very calmly to reflect/relax.

The location and the ambience is super relaxing

We didn’t get any basic service, the staff didn’t come most of the time we called, I am pregnant and the golf car didn’t come to pick us I had to walk until the restaurant and back, the room was dirty included the swimming towels

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel over the weekend. Living in Abu Dhabi, I make it a tradition to visit every summer, and it always gives me that perfect summer vibe. The staff are polite and welcoming, and the reception team truly recognizes their returning guests. This time, they generously upgraded my booking to a villa at no additional cost, which made the experience even more memorable.A special thanks to Ibrahim from the reception for his professionalism and warm hospitality—he really made my stay extra pleasant. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I look forward to coming back again next summer.

To sum it up, I was quite disappointed with our stay at the hotel. We chose Anantara for my birthday celebration, hoping to make the day feel special.I had requested an early check-in; however, despite arriving post 4 PM, our room was still not ready. I also requested a complimentary cake or a welcome fruit basket, but nothing was arranged.At check-in, we were told that if we go out for dinner, the room would be decorated, and a cake would be provided. Unfortunately, when we returned, no arrangements had been made.Had we known the service would be like this, we would have chosen another hotel. Birthdays come only once a year, and small gestures can truly make a difference.
